All fees must be paid upfront before availing of any paid services at Legal Light Consulting HES Private Limited.

In the event of a cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made, and the consultation has not been concluded due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified of the cancellation in writing via email at hansvahinihelpline@gmail.com

• Once our team schedules a consultation with the lawyer on your behalf and initiates follow-up communication to confirm the appointment, any decline or cancellation of the consultation request will result in no consultation being provided. No refund will be issued in this case, as the consultation was arranged and scheduled as requested.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or delivery time. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your email.
• Our team will contact you within 7 business days. If the lawyer has not delivered the booked consultation, a refund will be processed within 15 business days from the day the cancellation request was received.
• A nominal deduction (25%) will be applied towards online payment processing. Refunds will be processed to the same Bank or Credit Card account used for the original payment.

• If your request for consultation is accepted but, due to unforeseen circumstances, your consultation is cancelled or rejected after payment, you will have the option to request another consultation or receive a full refund, as you prefer. Refunds will be credited to your account within 15 working days.
• In case of accidental overcharging or an incorrect amount charged, please notify Legal Light Consulting-HES at the earliest. We will ensure a refund of the excess amount within 15 working days.
• If the payment is less than the required fee, Legal Light Consulting-HES reserves the right to debit the outstanding amount from your payment account and notify you accordingly.
• Generally, refunds are not available except for the specific conditions mentioned above under our Refund Policy. In exceptional cases, we will work with you to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
• Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the consultation services, and no refund can be issued for any fees paid directly to the lawyer.

• Consultation Fee: If the consultation fee is less than ₹21,00,/- there will be no specific time schedule assigned to the expert.
• You will receive a call from the expert either at the scheduled time (if specified) or within 12 to 24 hours (working hours) of your inquiry, depending on the expert’s availability.

Legal Light Consulting-HES will make every effort to provide you with the best possible service. However, we will not be liable for service issues or guarantees voided under the following circumstances:

• If you fail to provide accurate details, including contact information, username, or payment account details.
• If the payment transaction fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds, fraudulent access, or merchant processing issues).
• If circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or external interference) prevent the proper execution of the transaction.
• If you fail to respond to requests for additional information needed to proceed with the consultation.
• If you breach the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement or those governing the usage of Legal Light Consulting-HES .

Legal Light Consulting-HES is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. Here’s how we handle the information you provide:

• When submitting Free Questions or Paid Consultations, we only request the minimum amount of personal identifying information required to process your request.
• Your personal information, including email addresses, is kept confidential and is never shared with other users or made public as part of the Legal Light Consulting-HES database.
• Only Legal Light Consulting-HES administrators have access to this information for website administration purposes. We will not share or disclose your information to third parties without your permission, except in the following cases:
• To protect ourselves from liability
• To comply with legal requirements, such as responding to subpoenas or other legal processes.
• When you book a Paid Consultation, your information will be shared with the lawyer/professional handling your case.

• The details of your consultation or question may be publicly disclosed depending on the nature of the service you’ve requested (i.e., Free Questions vs. Paid Consultations).

Our Team understands that divorce is a sensitive issue where emotions run high and change of mind happens very frequently.

Keeping all these issues in mind, we charge the payment in four parts and not in one go so that if anyone or both parties change their mind then they are not burdened with the entire case fee, they only lose part of the fee that is already paid.

• First payment: Prospective clients are advised to make the first payment only after duly consulting with their spouse as, under no circumstances, the payment already made can be refunded.
• Second Payment: Second payment is due after the First Motion proceedings in the Court. This payment should be made on the same day. Any delay is charged at Rs. 100 per day of delay.
• Third Payment: The third payment is due after the Second Motion proceedings in the Court. This payment should be made on the same day. Any delay is charged at Rs. 100 per day of delay.
• Last Payment: Last payment is due once we share/upload the soft copy of the divorce decree. This payment should be made on the same day on which the decree is shared or uploaded. Any delay is charged at Rs. 50 per day of the delay
